Before: a long empty basement
After: a whole new room with beautiful french doors!
Before: a pantry with inaccessible shelves behind a wall
After: beautiful custom pantry with full depth drawers and counter space
Previous remodel did not use proper materials allowing for water leaks that created mold behind the shower.
Everything had to be replaced to make sure no mold or moisture remained.
They wouldn’t have even known the issues from the previous remodeler if they hadn’t hired Rassel to replace the floor.
Freshly painted cabinets with custom drawers and spice cabinet!
This old hot tub deck was removed by the owner.
With a solid new hot tub foundation,
this new deck complete with custom bench and towel warmer is perfect for relaxing.
Before: a dated kitchen with limited counterspace.
Add a peninsula, a farm sink, new cabinets and appliances, concrete countertops…
And you can barely tell its the same kitchen!
